Samsung Galaxy Tab 4G LTE, Enjoy Your Broadband Networks 100 Times Faster Than 3G Mobile

There are three Tablet PC vendors that already announced their plan to support the 4G mobile networks which are BlackBerry, Motorola, and Samsung. Motorola offers Motorola XOOM Tablets, BlackBerry offers BlackBerry Playbook 4G Tablets, and Samsung offers the Samsung Galaxy Tab 4G LTE Tablets. This is surely a great news for whom want to fully enjoy the 4G Mobile networks data service which is said up-to 100 times faster than 3G Mobile Networks data service.

Samsung Galaxy Tab 4G LTE will be available in U.S. Market via Verizon wireless, a U.S. Major carrier that already have the 4G LTE mobile broadband networks. Galaxy Tab 4G LTE will be equipped with LTE specific applications. Samsung Galaxy Tab 4G LTE tablets offers better experience for Media Hub related contents such as premium film or TV shows buying/renting,

The 4G LTE-enabled Galaxy Tab features a 7-inch enhanced TFT display with 1024 x 600 WSVGA resolution, full support of Android 2.2 with access to Adobe Flash 10.1, 1.2GHz Cortex A8 Hummingbird application processor and access to more than 100,000 applications available on Android Market.

The “4G” distinction is really a marketing term to refer to a carrier’s fourth-generation data network. Currently, there are three competing 4G technologies:
  1. WiMAX (Sprint): Promising average download speeds of three to six megabytes per second (mbps)
  2. LTE (Verizon and AT&T in mid-2011): Promising average download speeds of five to 12 mbps
  3. HSPA+ (T-Mobile and current AT&T): Promising average download speeds of one to seven mbps
Very technically speaking, the agency that regulates telecom standards, the International Telecommunications Union, claims that true 4G must be capable of at least 100 mbps downloads, which none of the carriers are even close to offering. WiMAX and LTE are believed to have true 4G potential, but HSPA+ is really just a tweak to the older HPSA 3G technology. As such, HSPA+ is sometimes referred to as 3.5G and T-Mobile has caught flak for referring to their network at 4G.

There are two cameras available which are 1.3 MP front-camera (for video chat but also can be used for photograph/video) and 5 MP main camera. The Social Hub service allows an easy messaging, contacts, and calendar synchronization.

The 4G LTE-enabled Galaxy Tab includes access to Samsung’s Social Hub service, built around messaging, contacts and calendar sync, it allows users to send and receive information, whether it is e-mail, social network updates or text messages.

It also features Samsung’s Media Hub content service available on the 4G LTE network, which offers a robust collection of premium movies and TV episodes for purchase or rental from some of the biggest entertainment companies in the United States.

Additionally, the 4G LTE-enabled Galaxy Tab will come preloaded with popular LTE-specific applications.
